Project Brief: A survey was undertaken to measure the effectiveness and identifying new training needs of the employees. A questionnaire was used to evaluate the effectiveness of the training provided at Kotak Mahindra Bank limited for the past year. Based on the results obtained from this survey, it was concluded that the employees are extremely satisfied with the training provided to them.

Project title: A Study on the Retention Strategies practiced at BPL
Project Brief: A review was conducted to study the Retention Strategies practiced at BPL and to find out how effective they are. A feedback form was used to evaluate the same. Based on the results obtained from this survey, it was concluded that the employees are satisfied with the policies and practices at BPL. They will be able to use the results to further build employment brands and establish and maintain an organizational climate that supports retention.
