I am Swati Srivastava, I have an experience of 2.3 years as an Business Analyst in e-commerce retail domain at Persistent Systems Ltd, as well as good data analysis is one of my expertise.
q As part of my assignments, I have been working mostly as support to the business development team such as making strategies to make the system efficient. The creation of processes for CRM activities for all the phases of sales, I was also handling the complete Pre and Post sales processes from prospect to deals were part of my work.
q This includes managing the customer queries through various channels of support like chat, email and calls.
q I was also be responsible for ensuring that the complete fulfilment process is properly followed by the back end operation team.
q I was also responsible for MIS and taking care of all documentation and update on latest releases of the website. I used to coordinate with different departments of organization to update websites.
